And to the guy throwing metacritic scores around maybe you should take a look at the score for your precious ff14 online, sitting at a whopping 49%, maybe next time do a little bit more research before making a fool out of yourself and stating review scores as genuine criticism. Do people enjoying the things you don't like really bother you that much? If so I think it might be you lot that are the depressed demographic and not the ones actually enjoying the game for what it is. Apparantly there's also criitcal storyline characters just disappearing.īut you're going to 100% this game Sachi, so why does it matter? Sachi spends more time defending this game then playing so i doubt he/she will ever 100% itĪh yes, another classic case of people stating their opinions as fact and making assumptions about people like they're some sort of all knowing mega-mind. If you want more criticism, it's an easy google search away.īut you're going to 100% this game Sachi, so why does it matter? Honestly this should be a 30$ or less due to the multitude of problems and lack of quality, There may be plenty to do, but those activities are so empty and pointless, perhaps back in the shenmue age where QTE was a new concept this would be fine, but most activities are just simple minigames with + 2% to attack or such. Luckily though, most people won't realize this since it's covered up with more shiny special effects.

Seriously, just idle and stare at Goku's neck, it looks really weird. There's a lot of attention to detail missing due to cell shading+realistic models and it doesn't work well with the game since a lot of the models are designed to look realistic with a paint of cell shade added on, because of this there's a level of detail that's missing if you compare it to other games where the models aren't suppose to look realistic. Even Cotton city had more interaction too it. For some people who don't accept the mediocre on triple A titles it does matter and shows how lazy this was made. The minigames are kinda bland and the open-world is empty, but there are others that say it's not really a big deal. Apparantly there's also criitcal storyline characters just disappearing.

I mean they managed to do these things in older games, but they can't do something alike or better in 2020? cutscenes don't have any music and dialogues are absurd(they even miss some key moments and it doesn't have the same impact the manga/anime does). let's say "mediocre" is actually a better ranking than this game deserves.įighting has some good but it's clunky as hell and gets boring after you find out it has no RPG elementss I'm one of these nostalgic people, and I'm disgusted by the result, they really made a good job marketing the game because I was all excited, but final product. Originally posted by 2m_anyloo̐̔͞tboxes (Farkon):People will actively seek out stimuli that triggers nostalgic memories, regardless of the quality, and is triggered more with depression, which a large amount of both US and Japan population have.Īnything that threatens this nostalgia is grounds for astute backlash, hence why you see a lot of people that criticize the game come under attack and quality of the game is generally ignored or seen through rose colored glasses.
